Memorandum: results of information gathering for a conference site - Part 3

Using the framework below, write a memorandum of recommendation.  You may want to cut and paste this model into your Microsoft Word program, then type your own information into the blank spaces. Then, remember to spell-check and grammar-check in 'Word'.

If you prefer, as an exercise, you may try to remember and rewrite the information outlined in this unit's memorandum.  Then, compare your rewrite with the original.  

Proper memo format

Subject: concise, focused description (with only the first letter of first word and proper names capitalized)

Paragraph 1: Clear, concise statement of memo's purpose
